Maple Grove
Maple Grove displays 16 kinds of small, uncommon Asian maples. While visitors won’t find the popular Acer palmatum (Japanese maple), each maple in this collection was specifically chosen for its unique leaf shape, bark, flowers, and fall color.
Native to China, Korea, and Japan, these maples share a similar climate to that of the American Northeast. The brilliant fall display of fiery-colored foliage isn’t the only reason to get lost in Maple Grove’s winding pathways. In other seasons, take notice of the peeling, cinnamon-colored bark, delicate flowers, and trifoliate leaves.
